What is the escrow service?

With this service you can carry out purchase and sale transactions of movable and immovable property anywhere in the world and make payment in the US (provided that the issuing and receiving account is within the United States). Lite Fintech works as custodian of the money that will be traded between the parties, while the operation is formalized. It applies to transactions for amounts higher than our standard limits and lower commission percentages are handled depending on the agreed amount.

What does the custody service consist of?

The custody service is understood as the care and surveillance of the custodian’s funds, we provide this service through our financial ally Prime Trust, which is why when registering you must accept the Terms and Conditions established in the “Agreement Custody ”, with our Financial Ally. It is the service we call “Escrow”.
