(“Lite Fintech,” “Company,” or “we”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or use our websites (the “Website”) and Services or otherwise interact with us. Likewise, it is established that when mentioning the Platform, MeDo Platform or Medopay Platform, it refers to the exclusive and authorized use of the technology, software, domains, brand and any other related, that Lite Fintech has over said assets. It also describes your data protection rights, which may include the right to object to some part of the processing of information that Lite Fintech performs through the Medopay Platform.
We will only collect, process and use your Personal Information to enable you to access and use the Medopay Platform, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We will not use, share, sell, assign, or trade your Personal Information with any third party without your express consent.
All of our Users can visit our Website anonymously and can easily access this Privacy Policy at the link at the bottom of our home page on the Website.
This Privacy Policy forms part of Medopay’s Terms and Conditions and the E-Wallet Use Agreement, which is available on our Website.
The definitions contained in our Terms and Conditions apply to this Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1: APPLICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.
This Privacy Policy applies to any information collected from you, which identifies you or makes them identifiable, when you register and/or use the Medopay Platform.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information or data that is provided by third parties and/or is publicly available without restriction.
SECTION 2: AGE AND LANGUAGE
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you represent that you are the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, in accordance with the laws in force in your jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, the control language of this Privacy Policy is English, and any translations provided by Lite Fintech, are solely for your convenience.

SECTION 4: CONSENT.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you grant Lite Fintech your express, free, and informed consent for the purposes of the collection, processing, and use of your Personal Information, pursuant to this document.
You may revoke your consent to the collection, processing and use of your Personal Information, at any time, by requesting the cancellation of your User Account by sending an email to the following address: soporte@medopay.com. Once we receive such an email, we will delete your User Account and delete your Personal Information, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
SECTION 5: INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE.
What information does Lite Fintech collect through the Medopay Platform about me?
When you register on the Medopayo Platform, you contact the Company for assistance, support or other requirements; We, collect the personal information you submit to verify your identity, namely: (i) First and Last Name (ii) Date of Birth, (iii) Address (Address, Region/State, City, Country, Postal/Zip) (iv) Gender (v) Profession, (vi) Email (vii) Phone, (viii) U.S. Government-Issued Identification Number/SSN (ix) Passport Number. This information will depend on the type of User you are: National or Foreign. In the event that you are a business, then we may request information such as: (i) Company Name (ii) Company Identification Number (iii) Billing Address, (iv) Payment Method and finally and (v) Comments and content that you post. We will also request additional banking information from you, such as bank statement, proof of income, and statement of funds, if required.
When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect certain information namely: (i) Internet Protocol (“IP”) address; (ii) Browser type; (iii) Operating system; (iv) uploads and downloads to the website; (v) Profile Changes; (vi) Content Changes; and (vii) Paid Events.
The emails we send to you may include a technology (called a web beacon) that tells Lite Fintech whether you received or opened the email or clicked on a link in the email. If you do not want us to collect this information from Lite Fintech marketing emails, you may opt out of receiving these types of emails.
The Services offered by Lite Fintech through the Medopay Platform may include buttons, tools, or content that links to the services of other companies (e.g., a Facebook “Like” button). This information may be used by Lite Fintech and others to, among other things: analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites and applications, and better understand your online activity. To learn more about interest-based ads or to opt out of having your web browsing information used for behavioral advertising purposes, you can contact us. In addition, when you view or interact with these buttons, tools, or content, or view a Lite Fintech web page that contains them, some of your browser information may be automatically sent to the other company. While using the Services offered by Medopay Wallet, such as: Sending and receiving money between Platform Users or making transfers to a registered bank account, we will obtain information related to the transaction, namely: (i) When the money is sent or requested, we will collect personal data such as: name, email and financial information of the sending and receiving user, as the case may be. The level of information collection may vary depending on the service used; (ii) When sending money to a linked bank account, we will collect personal data such as: full name, ID number, email and financial details of the bank account to which the money is sent; (iii) When using the invite a friend feature, we may collect the data of aggregated contacts; and (iv) If you are invited to participate in non-mandatory online surveys, the information accumulated will be only to improve our users’ experience and help us identify the Services and needs that will be valuable to our customers in the future.
Can Lite Fintech collect additional personal information for purposes unrelated to the Services offered by the Medopay Platform?
Lite Fintech will not collect additional personal information, nor will it use the personal information collected for purposes unrelated to the Services it offers.
How does Lite Fintech use the information it collects about me?
Lite Fintech through the Platform uses the information we collect about you for the following purposes: (i) To verify your identity; (ii) Receive payments; (iii) To send you the necessary communications; (iv) Provide you with the Lite Fintech products and services for which you have registered on the Platform and any other services or products you have requested; (v) Provide customer services or support; (vi) Tailor and personalize the website or services, and marketing communications so that we can improve them and attract and retain users; (vii) Diagnosis of problems on the Website; (viii) Personalize a website for you; (ix) Conduct surveys and market research about our users, their interests, the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, and user satisfaction; (x) Reduce piracy, protect copyright, and protect you and Lite Fintech; (xi) Investigate and respond to any comments or complaints received from you or others about the Website; (xii) Legal claims, for example: Claims of copyright, compliance, regulatory and research purposes, as required; (xiii) Send you information about the Platform, new releases, special offers, and similar information, and share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes; (xiv) To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent and illegal activity and protect the rights of Lite Fintech and others; (xv) Run online campaigns and display advertisements from the Medopay Platform based on your likely interests; (xvi) Respond to requests from government or law enforcement authorities conducting an investigation; and (xvii) Other Lawful Uses.
SECTION 6: INFORMATION SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES.
We will share your personal data between Lite Fintech, its partners, and future companies for the purposes identified above. Third parties with whom your information may be shared include advertising partners, retailers, research organizations, advertisers, advertising agencies, advertising networks and platforms, information service providers, publishers, and non-profit organizations.
We will also share your personal data with companies that help us run our business by processing personal data on behalf of Lite Fintech through the Medopay Platform for the purposes identified above. Such companies include payment processing, fraud monitoring and prevention, email, social media and other marketing platforms, and providers of hosting services and services (“Data Processors”).
Lite Fintech through the Medopay Platform may also share your personal information: (i) when you give us your express consent to share it; (ii) when we are asked to provide information in response to a subpoena, court order, when it is in accordance with requirements under the laws governing Lite Fintech, or pursuant to applicable legal process; (iii) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, defend our applications or websites against attacks, or protect the property and security of Lite Fintech, our customers and users, or the public; and (iv) if we merge with or are acquired by another company, sell the Website or business unit, or if all or a substantial portion of our assets are acquired by another company, your information will likely be disclosed to our advisors and any of the buyer’s potential advisors and will be one of the assets transferred to the new owner.
We may share or publish aggregated information that does not specifically identify you, such as statistical information about Website visitors or statistical information about how users or customers use our Services.

Lite Fintech is domiciled in the State of Florida, United States of America, and offers its services in the United States of America and other countries.
Our servers are located in the United States of America and we process your information in our country. However, our service providers may process and store your Personal Information in the United States of America and/or any other country or location.
If you are located outside of the United States of America and choose to provide us with your Personal Information, we will transfer such information to the United States of America for proper processing, storage, and use, and our service providers may process and store your Personal Information in the United States of America and any other country or location. In all cases, we will always apply this Privacy Policy to ensure the privacy and protection of your Personal Information and we will ensure that our service providers are aware of this Privacy Policy and we will use our reasonable efforts to ensure that they implement the necessary and appropriate measures to comply with the privacy parameters, security and data protection set forth herein.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to us transferring your personal data to the United States of America and/or to other countries or locations where our service providers may be located, as necessary to provide you with the Medopay Platform Services.
SECTION 8: DATA SECURITY, PROTECTION, AND STORAGE.
We understand that the security of your Personal Information is important. We provide reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect your personal information. However, despite our efforts, no security control is 100% effective and Lite Fintech cannot ensure or warrant the security of your Personal Information.
We will protect your Personal Information with effective security measures based on the risks involved in the use of your information. Similarly, to protect its Users, Lite Fintech urges that no password or information from this Website be disclosed or shared. It is understood that access to the Website and the information therein is operated by Lite Fintech and your uses of the Website and Services may be revoked at any time and without notice. Lite Fintech through the Platform is committed to providing you with a secure Website and services, therefore, we use the latest and most modern technology and the best financial industry standards to protect our Users’ information, this includes: firewalls and SSL (“Secure Socket Layers”), which also take appropriate measures to safeguard the physical security of our data and servers with a security infrastructure that complies with U.S. PCI regulations. Lite Fintech is not responsible for any breach of security or propagation of information that occurs on the servers of third parties that are not part of the Platform and/or its subsidiaries.
SECTION 9: DATA RETENTION.
When we process registration data, we do this for as long as you are an active User of the Website or Services. When you close your account, we delete certain personal information because we no longer have a business reason to retain it, relating to your encrypted password and payment account details. However, we generally retain personal information related to our contract and transactions carried out by you for seven years after your last interaction with us. The model and proprietary versions are also maintained in perpetuity (as certain content rights are perpetual) to license the content, investigate, prevent legal claims, and protect the rights of third parties.
Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the same until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to enable us to implement your requests). We also keep a permanent record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can honor your request in the future.

The rights of Users over their Personal Information are as follows:

For this reason, you may access your Personal Information at any time through the Website or request a copy of your Personal Information from us by email. We will provide you with such a copy in a structured and legible format by any suitable means.
c) Right to correction of your data.
You may correct your Personal Information when you believe that such data is inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete, or when it is necessary to update it, by sending us an email and attaching the information and documentation we indicate.
d) Right to object to the use of your data.
You have the right to object to the use of your Personal Information at any time by withdrawing the consent you have given us for the collection, processing and use of your Personal Information.
e) Right to erasure of your data.
You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information after the data retention period set forth in Section 9 hereof has elapsed.
We may also delete your Personal Information before the retention period expires, where such information is not needed, in our sole discretion.
Please note, however, that there may be legal obligations that prohibit us from immediately deleting all or part of your Personal Information, after the data retention period has expired, or at the request of any authority or court order.
f) Right of exclusion (Opt-out).
Lite Fintech and the companies we hire to help market the Medopa Platform and the websites and services on our behalf may use your information to provide you with content and offers related to the Services we offer.
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent, although we may have other legal grounds to process your information for other purposes. In some cases, we may send you direct marketing without your consent, relying on our legitimate interests. You have the absolute right to opt out of direct marketing or profiling that we conduct for direct marketing, at any time by contacting us through our customer support channels.
By opting out, you will no longer receive certain special offers or promotions, but we may continue to send you non-promotional communications, such as those related to your account or our ongoing business relationships.
(e) The right to non-discrimination.
You have the right not to be discriminated against when you make any request related to your rights as the owner of your Personal Information.
(f) Right to appeal.
You have the right to appeal any decision by Lite Fintech regarding your Personal Information, for which purpose you should contact us or the competent authority, as described in Section 11 of this document.
SECTION 11: REQUESTS AND RESPONSE TIMES
You may exercise the rights set forth in Section 10 above at any time by sending your request to the following email address: soporte@medopay.com and we will respond to you within 45 calendar days of receipt of your request, extendable for an additional 45 days, where your request so requires, which will be notified to you in a timely manner.
Users residing in the State of California may submit requests regarding their Personal Information up to twice in a 12-month period.
You may also appeal any decision we make regarding your Personal Information by sending an email to the above address. We will respond to you within a maximum period of 45 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of your request.
Residents of the States of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Montana, Oregon, and Texas may appeal to the Attorney General of their respective State any decision made by Lite Fintech regarding their Personal Information.
Users residing or located in the European Union may make their claims or appeals about their Personal Information to the competent authority in the corresponding country of the European Union.
SECTION 12: INFORMATION ABOUT MINORS
The Medopay Platform and its Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (“Minors”). Lite Fintech does not solicit, collect, process, store, or use information or data from Minors.
If we determine that a minor has provided us with personal information or data, we will immediately delete such information or data from our records and servers. If you are the parent, guardian or legal representative of a minor and you believe or have evidenced that such minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us by sending an email to: soporte@medopay.com.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Miami, State of Florida, United States of America.
